YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE TO ,TAKE THIS CLASS OR HAVE A TREADMILL. WE DO NOT OFFER MODIFICATIONS  FOR INDOORS.  
WE ALSO MUST SEE YOU AS YOU ARE WALKING SO YOU WILL NEED TO USE YOUR PHONE FOR ZOOM. 
***BE SURE TO FIND A SAFE PLACE TO WALK. YOU CAN EVEN JUST WALK AROUND YOUR HOME IF NECESSARY.
